Manager Total quality management and service quality

- The Directorate of Administrative Development is one of the directorates of the central administration of Tishreen University, which was updated by Law No. 28 of 2018, and which plays a fundamental role in implementing the tasks and procedures necessary for administrative reform in the university to ensure the development of university performance.

The Directorate operates according to the following departments:

Human resources department:

1- Personnel Affairs Division.  2- Functional Recruitment Division.

Education Authority Department:

1- Division of faculty members and teaching assistants.  2- Technical Committee Members Division.

Institutional Organization Department:

1- Division of Administrative Performance Quality   2- Division of Procedures Simplification

Training and Rehabilitation Department:

1- Division of Administrative Knowledge Dissemination  2- Administrative Training Division.

Department of the General Court:

1- Administrative Correspondence Division.  2- Electronic Archiving Division.

Student Service Center.

Tasks

- Implementation of the administrative reform program.

- Work to secure requirements for support and measurement of administrative performance.

- Reviewing the organizational structure of the public entity and proposing to update the organizational and functional structure.

- Reviewing and updating the internal system of the public body according to the changes in the organizational structure.

Work on the classification and description of jobs in the public entity, and put job description cards.

Contribute to the strategic planning of the workforce in the public entity by studying and estimating their needs and organizing competitions and tests necessary to recruit workers.

- Carrying out all work related to personnel affairs.

- Managing and developing human resources, preparing management systems and improving performance.

- Proposal to update the provisions related to work and personnel systems in order to achieve the development of human resources and administrative development.

Work on simplifying procedures using information technologies.

- Examining training needs, developing training and qualification plans, following up on their implementation and evaluating their impact.

Spreading administrative knowledge and raising awareness of administrative development.

Preparing studies on the development of administrative performance in cooperation with the competent authorities.
