Directorate: The Directorate of Academic Empowermen and Profession Practice
The Directorate consists of two departments:
1. The Accounting Department, , performs the following tasks:
Organizing professional work through practice offices in colleges and higher institutes
- Auditing professional work contracts in preparation for their approval and signature by the University President
- Follow up on the collection of the share of the university and the mutual funds for the contracts concluded in accordance with the full-time law No. /7/ and the provisions practicing the profession.
Collecting the university's share and mutual funds from the faculty members in return for teaching in private universities.
Supervising paid training courses conducted by professional labor offices.
Preparing the closing budget for the Directorate of Profession Practice
- Distributing the funds’ share of the proceeds of professional work
Work to implement the decisions of the Professional Labor Council
Preparing the draft internal budget for the Directorate of Profession Practice.
2. The Academic Sabbatical Department performs the following tasks:
- Studying the academic sabbatical reports of the members of the educational staff received from the faculties and institutes of the Higher University in preparation for presenting them to the sabbatical committee. Preparing the annual sabbatical report in preparation for the payment of sabbatical compensation according to the sabbatical law.
Work to implement the decisions of the Council of Higher Education and the University Council regarding the full-time members of the teaching staff.
