Paying attention to developing students’ artistic talents.

Production camps liaison office:
Implementing the directives of the Subcommittee on Production Camps.
Follow up on camp affairs with the concerned authorities.
Preparing information and reports related to the camps.
Supervising the preservation of everything related to the camps, including systems and reports, and classifying them.
Doing what the university vice president assigns in his field of work.
• Conducting lectures, workshops, seminars and conferences related to the work of the Directorate.
• Design and distribute various publications (brochures, informational brochures, etc.) in different professional paths.
· Developing skills to help enter the labor market by conducting training courses on these skills, such as: self-marketing skills, CV writing skills, successful job interviewing skills, communication skills, teamwork skills, etc.
• Supervising students and educational staff members’ field visits to factories, workshops, companies and other establishments in the labor market, whether in the public or private national sectors.
• Assisting and supervising the development of practical training programs for students in work sites during the study stage, especially the penultimate years.

Writing a modern CV and cover letter, successfully conducting a job interview, choosing the appropriate profession after graduation, searching for work while studying, communication skills, working within a team, time management, decision-making, critical thinking, and other skills that the labor market requires and are not taught at the university.
2- Various activities with the labor market:
Communicating with graduates from all academic specializations, conducting field training in cooperation with colleges, companies, and various bodies, professional interactive training workshops, training in communication skills and working within a multidisciplinary team, holding high-level training courses for the most important software required by the labor market and for all specializations.
3- Interest in spreading the culture of volunteering:
The Directorate continuously holds various workshops on the culture of volunteering and spreading this culture in Syria, the reasons and motivations for volunteering, and the moral benefits that volunteering provides from building personality, working within a team, being in new circles, building good social relationships with others, and developing methods of communication, with reference to Negative reasons that hinder volunteering.
