Vision

The College of Education seeks to be a leading educational scientific center in the community, relying on achieving the highest quality standards for the inputs, processes and outputs of the learning process. Clarity of its national and national identity and belief in its effective role in the future, and that it will work on planning the preparation of high-quality educational and psychological research at the local and global levels.

The College of Education sets out in its mission to achieve three basic tasks that are linked to each other:

 1- Training student teachers to be able to teach successive generations an education saturated with the competencies required by their success in the role entrusted to them.

2- Trying to contribute to presenting new additions to existing educational knowledge and its theories, developing its concepts and research tools, and emphasizing the link between educational research and reality, its data, problems and challenges, present and in the future.

3- Achieving actual community participation as an urgent necessity for society with its various institutions and bodies in order to advance it to a better level in terms of quality and comprehensive development, by contributing to the improvement of public and university education, identifying community needs and problems (individuals, groups and institutions) and mechanisms to confront them constructively, and designing Activities and programs that meet needs, alleviate all problems, and bring about desired developmental and behavioral changes.

There is no doubt that working in accordance with the college's vision and achieving its mission requires a set of procedural measures that bridge the gap between the roles we play and what is expected of them to meet future challenges and the consequent great tasks that we have to carry out in order to raise the college to the ranks of leadership and excellence in constructive integration. For its roles in preparing its students academically, psychologically, culturally and professionally, by developing their knowledge, experience and skills that qualify them to be educational, advisory and planning cadres capable of carrying out their roles with high efficiency, and possessing the skills to deal with age groups, which they will take responsibility for their upbringing,According to their needs and requirements, in a way that ensures the integration of their growth also academically, professionally and personally in a way that makes them more compatible and adapted to their social environments and qualifies them to be more effective cadres in the development and progress of their societies, and what helps to achieve this is the concerted efforts of the members of the educational staff who have primarily a responsibility Preparing students as having distinctive characteristics and qualities that make them models and role models through the knowledge and experience they provide them with and the modern methods and techniques they use to transfer this knowledge, in a way that enhances the integrated construction of the students’ personality in its various aspects.This entails on us, on the one hand, the responsibility for the continuous improvement of the infrastructure and the appropriate climate, which paves the way wide for strengthening that relationship upon which the personality of the student who is qualified for future roles is built. And provide opportunities for them to participate in seminars, workshops and conferences that enrich their knowledge and experience. However, we realize that the elements of role integration necessitate us to activate community participation by working to provide the necessary assistance services to the local community in its various institutions, organizations and bodies, in coordination with these societal components to develop axes for scientific research that you apply in those institutions and organizations to contribute to the development of their performance and effectiveness.And it strengthens linking the outputs of higher education to the labor market by studying the reality and the needs of those institutions and ways to meet them by proposing mechanisms to do so. And the mechanisms of applying them to achieve more benefit from their outputs. There is no doubt that this approach to work teams, which the college administration seeks to consolidate, will expand the conceptual framework for the formula of cooperation within a team, and enhance team cooperation skills, which enriches research efforts and makes the performance of researchers in them more successful and useful.
