Today, the Tishreen University Council conducted a comprehensive review of the university organizing law and its proposed amendments. Council members also discussed the procedures for starting the educational process in the second semester and issuing the examination results.

Dr. Bassam Hassan, President of Tishreen University, confirmed that the amendments to the Universities Organization Law include new ideas and flexibility regarding the powers and terms of appointment to academic administrative positions, in addition to their focus on knowledge investment in universities and improving the quality of the educational process.

Dr. Hassan directed the deans of colleges to expedite the issuance of exam results and scrutinize the success rates in all courses
