Under the sponsorship of the University President...the 17th Scientific Conference of the College of Dentistry begins its work

Under the patronage of the University President, Dr. Bassam Hassan, the 17th Scientific Conference of the College of Dentistry began its work today with the participation of researchers from public and private universities.

24 lecturers and researchers from public and private universities participate in the two-day conference, showcasing the latest technologies and scientific and practical clinical practices. The conference is accompanied by an exhibition of the latest equipment, in addition to workshops on digital dental implants and orthodontics.

University President, Dr. Bassam Hassan, stressed the importance of scientific meetings and conferences in bringing together researchers and presenting everything new in all specializations, pointing out that the university is witnessing clear activity in scientific events and keeping pace with developments in scientific research.

Dean of the College of Dentistry, Dr. Munther Asaad, pointed out that the college is working to activate communication between the university and the community in providing health services provided by its students in the first and postgraduate levels with high quality and efficiency.

The opening was attended by the Secretary of the University Branch of the Party, Dr. Mirna Dalalah, the Head of the Dentists Syndicate in Latakia, Dr. Tariq Abdullah, the Secretary of the University, Dr. Rabie Habib, and the Head of the Teachers Syndicate, Dr. Abdul Karim Hassan, the head of the Student Union Branch, Tariq Alia, and the Vice President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Mustafa Ibrahim and scientific research affairs, Dr. Muhammad Nasser and administrative, political, union and student cadres.
